Hello all - we are happy to announce the new date for the swim clinic! If you RSVP'ed for the last clinic you are on the list for this one. If you did NOT RSVP you now can! We have several spots open. Stay tuned for further updates and make sure if you see Ally out there training you thank her for setting all of this up! It's going to be GREAT and I hope to see you all there!

Date: Saturday, March, 13th
Time: 8pm-9pm - PLEASE arrive 15 minutes early as we want to hit the water swimming RIGHT AT 8 PM
Cost: $9/ participating member

Tentative Topics (Subject to Change):
-Body Position in the Water
-Body Rotation during Freestyle
-Freestyle Drills
-Workout Strategy/ Planning your workout before heading to the pool

Other Details:
Open to Current FeXY members ONLY (at least the first one)
We will have access to the entire pool
All skill levels are welcome

As a reminder, the swim clinic will be happening tomorrow night at Reston Community Center for all pre-registered participants. Please plan to arrive by 7:45pm. We will meet upstairs in the lobby to quickly go over how the clinic will be run. This way we can hit the water right at 8pm.

Ted Garber's first set starts at 9 p.m. at the Old Brogue. A few of us are heading over there for post swim refreshments and to support his longest running venue (1996). Emily can get you an autograph after the show.

unfortunately I have a commitment tonight and won't be able to make it out... if anyone wants my slot, its paid for :) And if not, its a contribution to hopefully a great clinic!
